  1. Community Information Survey Computer Applications By: Brittany Tinney

  2. Application Information • I chose to do a survey on Survey Monkey about community information. This survey was related to my work placement because it’s a town office.

  3. Why did I choose to do this application and topic? • I chose to do Survey Monkey because I like how this application works. It’s simple and straight to the point. I also like how you can chose the layout to the answers and also the design of the survey. For mine, I chose the Anemone. • The topic I chose is different and I wanted it to relate to my work placement, as I was the last year and will be there again in May. • This survey will help in the following ways: • Identify the needs and wants of the community • Show how people feel about the employees and their jobs • Get the communities overall opinion about how their town is being presented

  4. Issues/Concerns • The only issue I ran into is trying relate the questions to the community and trying to make questions that cover the areas I think should be covered. • It was hard trying to think of questions that people would want to answer

  5. What could have been done to improve this survey? • To improve this survey I could have gone onto the website for the town and researched new projects to ask how people felt about that
