Science goals (Научные задачи) Задача 1: Исследование состава реголита и физических процессов на лунных полюсах Задача 2: Исследование свойств экзосферы на лунных полюсах и процессов взаимодействия космической плазмы с поверхностью Задача 3: Исследование внутреннего строения Луны методами сейсмометрии Goal1: Study of mineralogical, chemical, elemental and isotopic content of regolith and volatiles in polar area of Moon Goal 2: Study of plasma and dust exosphere of Moon and interaction of space environment with Moon’ surface Goal 3: Investigation of inner structure of Moon by means of seismic measurements

1. Flight to Moon and landing (Перелет до Луны и посадка) Goal – devices test after launch, background measurements • Flight to Moon • Background measurements (ADRON, RAT, PML, other -?) • Landing(no science operation except TV!).
2. After landing commissioning(Диагностирование аппаратуры после посадки) Goal– devices test after landing, correction of cyclograms according to real parameters P=[Wt], I=[Mb], Т=[оС]for planning • SC systems tests + charging • TV-panorama и TV-stereo • Mini Rover tests (на L-R) • Robotic Arm test (+ Drilling system for L-G) • BUNI tests • Other devices tests (depend on power)
3. Minimal success of mission(Обеспечение минимального успеха миссии) Goal– minimal set of science measurements • TV panorama and TV shooting for circumstances (1). • Mini Rover operation start (forL-R) • Testing Area selection for TVRPM and LIS. • Testing Area excavation by means Robotic Arm • TV shooting of Testing Area from TVRPM and LIS. • Delivery the sample of regolith by Robotic Arm to Chromatograph and LASMA • Analysis the sample of regolith by Chromatograph and LASMA • Repetition the TVRPM and LIS shooting of Testing Area up to time T, • where T=Sundown - Nearth days (see Rem. 1) • 9. Operation of monitoring device (ARIES, ADRON, SEISMO, TVKS, RAT, PML), TERMO (on L-G) and RADIOBEAKON up toT. REM 1: T= (Sundown - Nearth days) depend on landing site and power needs for night surviving. N 1
4. Operation on sundown (Работа на закате) Goal– safe operation and measurement before and after sundown • Stop science operation for time T. • Battery charging to 100% • BUNI turn on • Operation of ARIES, SEISMO, TVKS, RAT, PML, TERMO (on L-G) • Measurements during Y hours (see Rem. 2) • Data downlink on Earth • Science devices and BUNI turn off REM 1: T (=Sundown - Nearth days) depend on landing site and power needs for night surviving. N 1 REM 2: Y depend on power!
5. Preparation to night (Переход к ночи) Goal– safe transition to night regime • Parking of Robotic Arm and Drilling System • Charging to 100% • TM data downlink on Earth • Science devices and BUNI turn off

After night commissioning(Диагностирование аппаратуры после ночи) Goal– tests after night , correction of cyclograms according to real parameters P=[Wt], I=[Mb], Т=[оС]for planning • Charging to 100% + SC systems tests • Robotic Arm tests (+ Drilling system tests for L-G) • TVRPM and LIStests • BUNI test • Science devices turn on and tests
7. Operation(Штатная работа) Goal– routing science measurements • Wake up after night. • TVpanoramaandTVstero shooting circumstance. • TV shooting of Testing Area from TVRPM and LIS • Shooting of closes landscape from TVRPM и LISof SC • Drilling system operation for sample of regolith from depth • Robotic Arm delivery of sample of regolith to Chromatograph and LASMA • Sample of regolith analysis by Chromatograph and LASMA • Operation of monitoring device (ARIES, ADRON, SEISMO, TVKS, RAT, PML), TERMO (on L-G) and RADIOBEAKON up toT=Sundown - Nearth days • Preparation to Power Off mode during night
8. Close of mission(Завершение миссии) Goal – end of operation and start the support of future mission by means of beacon radio signal • Science devices turn off • PADIOBEACON turn to RITEG power • BUNI turn off • SC turn off
Tasks(Задачи) • Program of science investigation during mission • Base set of cyclograms for operation on Moon. • Software for illumination and up/down radio link condition on landing site («Moon-Environment»). • Software for planning of device operation on Moon («Moon-Operation»). • On-Earth science experiment support segment (Hardware + «Moon-Environment» + «Moon-Operation» + Inetrnet + DataBase + Lasers + so on) • Tests and verification of device operation during on-earth (pseudo data and pseudo telemetry; hardware/software tests, cyclograms verification, failure mode analysis)
