  2. Relative Pronoun • Introduces a subordinate clause in a sentence • This clause describes a noun previously mentioned. • This noun is called an antecedent.

  3. Grammer • A relative pronoun will agree with its antecedent in gender and number BUT NOT IN CASE. (it is not a relative adjective) • The case of a relative pronoun is determined by its place in the subordinate clause.
