How to Access the Transition and Blank Templates • The Transition and Blank Templates are available as secondary templates • PPT 2003 allows for multiple sets of two slide masters • To access the templates: • Select: Slide Design from the Format Menu • The top three designs are used in the IU Health PPT template • The top choice(IU Health Standard) contains the normal Title Page template • The second choice (IU Health Transition) contains the Transitional Slide template • The third choice (IU Health Blank) contains the blank slide template
How to Assign a Secondary Template • Click the Menu Arrow to the right of the design preview • Select Apply to Selected Slides • Selecting the Title Layout from the Slide Layout pane will now apply the Transition Template
