Title Slide • Logo • Please refer to the brand standards on logo usage and co-branding. • A PPT template has been prepared with each facilities logo. • Background • IU Health Cream (RGB: 242 Red, 237 Green, 215 Blue) • Title • Times New Roman 32 pt • IU Health 201 (RGB: 179 Red, 8 Green, 56 Blue) • Subtitle • Franklin Gothic Book 16 pt • Black • Please enter the presenter name and presentation date here. • Footer • Date and slide number are automatically added

  4. Content Slide • Title • Times New Roman 40 pt • IU Health 201 • Bullets • All are Franklin Gothic Book, Black. • Level 1: 30 pt. Space before of .4 lines. Line spacing of .95 • Level 2: 28 pt. Space before of .2 lines. Line Spacing of .95 • Level 3: 26 pt. Space before of .2 lines. Line spacing of .95 • Level 4: 24 pt. Space before of .2 lines. Line spacing of 95 • Please avoid using bullet fonts smaller than 16 pt.

  5. Transitional Slide • Title • Times New Roman 40 pt • IU Health 201 • Subtitle • Franklin Gothic Book 21 pt • IU Health 201 • When to use • As a section break within larger presentations • This template should be used instead of using the title slide multiple times within a presentation

  6. Blank Slide • When to use • When a full page image will be used.

  7. How to Access the Transition and Blank Templates • The Transition and Blank Templates are available as secondary templates • PPT 2003 allows for multiple sets of two slide masters • To access the templates: • Select: Slide Design from the Format Menu • The top three designs are used in the IU Health PPT template • The top choice(IU Health Standard) contains the normal Title Page template • The second choice (IU Health Transition) contains the Transitional Slide template • The third choice (IU Health Blank) contains the blank slide template

  8. How to Assign a Secondary Template • Click the Menu Arrow to the right of the design preview • Select Apply to Selected Slides • Selecting the Title Layout from the Slide Layout pane will now apply the Transition Template
