Effluent Water Disposal Pit Closure Procedure Document Number: KOC.EV.006 • Purpose / Scope: • This procedure defines responsibilities and actions for effluent water disposal pit (pit) cleanup and closure at Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) operations. This procedure describes the process for evaluation and risk-based cleanup at contaminated pit sites. • The Contractor/Consultant shall: • • Prepare work, sampling and analysis, and quality assurance plans • • Perform site characterization • • Compare site data to RBCLs (Risk Based Cleanup Levels) • • Perform cleanup activities • • Prepare site characterization and closure reports
