What is it ? • 60 hours modularised with and additional 60 hours of materials if learners need extra help • Can be delivered over a number of weeks • Content includes legal training requirements • Such as Food Safety and Health and Safety, and Level 2 Principles of Customer Service…… • The modular approach means that the programme can be delivered flexibly • Which can help those out of work or on benefits
