Food Sources A few examples of saturated fats are Dairy products such as whole milk, butter, ice cream, cheese, (etc.) Some more examples but of polyunsaturated fats are: fish, safflower, sunflower, corn, and soybean oils Examples or monounsaturated: Olive and canola oils
Amount Needed Fats should be eaten in moderation. Around 30% of your daily diet should be fats.
