  1. IT Achievement IT Achievement It is delighted to share with you that we have successfully started 7 new branches country wide by today. Out of these 7, six were opened today and one was opened on 18th December. Thanks to Mazhar Hasan – Head of IT for his continuous support throughout this project.  These branches were opened with the help and cooperation from IT ops team, Infrastructure team, Application Development & QA team and Project management team. Each member of mentioned unit put their best effort and contributed for this success. Thanks for Zeeshan Kaiser & Hasan Abbas for providing their usual support.  Just to give you brief background of this project 22nd October 2007 - Got formal approval from business to start this project. From 22nd October – End of November – Purchase orders of ATM, UPS, and Desktop machines were raised. Other items were on approval process. From 1st week of December – 13 December – All desktop systems get ready and tested. Systems were dispatched to LHR & ISB to reach at the planned date. In mean time, Zeeshan Kaiser & Raja Yasir visited the branches and shared the problems with us. From 14th December – 17th December – Resources left for LHR, ISB & Multan. They visited the branches, coordinated with operations and admin to make the branch ready by given timeline. KHI team also worked here in the similar capacity. First half of the year is over and results have shown year on year growth in Business consulting, Services, Software and IBM Hardware. I would like to thank you 'Our Customer' for your business. Our second half priorities are clear - to help our clients drive productivity, become globally integrated and grow their businesses in innovative ways. We have expanded our operations in Islamabad and Lahore. The Business Partners network is strengthened via certifications, and new Business Partners joining our family. It was founded in 1993 by Louise Embleton Tudor and Keith Tudor primarily to run person-centred counselling & psychotherapy training courses. Temenos is committed to training therapists to high levels of professional competence, grounded in one particular, coherent approach, based on the theory and practice of therapy and learning, originally developed by Carl Rogers (1902-1987). The training maintains and promotes the integrity of the person-centred approach in the context of theoretical developments, contemporary debates in a number of related fields (including philosophy and neuroscience), and in regard to the organisation of psychotherapy & counselling. Temenos is a responsible organisation. We are committed to making a positive contribution to society by operating with integrity and with respect for the interests of those affected by our business practices. We attempt to create unique and effective ways of working that enhance the quality of life of Trainees, our employees and that respect the environment in which we work and live. The main speakers involved Mike Hayward, Regional Technical Manager Lotus, IBM CEMAAS, Sabine Nagl, Technical Sales Manager, IBM CEMAAS, Jason Hatch, Lotus Technical Lead, IBM NE, and Shoaib Nizami, CEO, CorporITS who gave their presentation on, Lotus Strategy & Future, Messaging & Collaboration Solutions for Your Business, IBM Lotus & Microsoft – Myths & Realities, e-Forms, Lotus Domino 7.0, Web Content Management, and Portal Solutions. IBM Business Partners, Sajid Latif, Business Unit Manager of LMK Resources presented on Process Automation, and Shoaib Nizami, CEO of CorporITS presented on CRM. ADC department heavily depends upon the money transferring and that’s why it transfer huge amount of money depending upon the transferring . This department is also doing money. This unit have 5 resources, who are working dedicatedly and all this is because and the reason being which is compiled of the security reason, to make it more secure and private channel. Privatization having huge impact upon this department and making it more strong. Alternate delivery channel unit is responsible for all the money transferring and transferring system. ADC department heavily depends upon the money transferring and that’s why it transfer huge amount of money depending upon the transferring . He is working as a Network Engineer. Prior to CresBank he was working in Bank Al Falah.

  4. Certification [80-100 Words] Ali Abid successfully passed the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. It is a de-facto certification of project management given by Project Management Institute (www.pmi.org), an organization that promotes the project management as a profession. This exam requires 4500 hours (equivalent to 2+ years of Project management experience) of non overlapping project management experience along with 35 credit hours of Project Management training. Being eligible He registered for the exam after which the application is reviewed and allowed taking the exam. Samba Corner [100-120 Words] Star UAT Star banking application of Samba is currently being UAT by the CresBank employees. UAT setup have been established in a dedicated place (Lackson Building). Saeed Javid from CresBank IT is leading the Star UAT. In first phase, he will train the employees of CresBank who will be doing the UAT. We therefore take account of theories, practices and critiques from different personal and cultural perspectives with regard to the person- centered approach, and encourage students to develop critical perspectives with regard to differing approaches to psychotherapy & counseling, and different aspects of theory and practice.
