  2. Main JC Ordering Page: Click on Order Tickets

  3. Select Retailer Click on Nike

  4. Establish new Account or logon with existing account? Click on “Log On with Existing Account”

  5. Enter User Name and Password Username is testnike Password is swoosh Enter Username / Password and click “Login and Continue Order”

  6. Choose Ship to Location Select Shipping Location (All Data (Only) must come from North America) Click on Next

  7. Billing / Shipping Information Enter Billing and shipping information / Customer P.O. is required (this field is the P.O. number to JC from the mill.) When done click “Continue”

  8. Main Nike Ordering Screen Enter Factory Code and Nike P.O. Number Next choose what you are ordering for p.o. Selected below are Imprinted EAO labels & Data for USAO

  9. Choose Yes or No Once information is entered Choose if you wish to enter additional Nike P.O.’s. (We are going to say NO)

  10. Additional Information? Since we have asked for a EAO label the website requires additional Information. It is now asking you to select the Country of Origin This list is a list of countries provided by Nike.

  11. Additional P.O.’s? Now that we have all the information we need for this order. Would you like to add additional Nike P.O.’s? (We will select no again)

  12. Options Screen Slide 1 This screen displays the options for your orders. First option will be the imprinted UPC labels. You can choose “Express” this will enter everything you need. This option will round up your quantites to the chosen amount. You will just enter the Millcode (this does not print on label. It us used for mills to track their inventory) For this demonstration we will not choose this option.

  13. Options Screen Slide 2 This screen displays the options for your orders. The second section is the default P.O. Quantity Percentage. You have the following options. 103% (Min allowed by Nike) / 105% / 115% / or 120% (Max allowed by Nike)

  14. Options Screen Slide 3 This screen displays the options for your orders. Since we said we wanted to order data you need to let us know what format you would like us to send. Database / Excel / or Text

  15. Options Screen Slide 4 This screen displays the options for your orders. Once you have made all of you choices – Click Continue

  16. Order Confirmation Screen #1 Here is the confirmation for the first order of Data in Excel format. Once you verify it is correct. Click on “Next Label Type” to order your imprinted stickers awaiting.

  17. Imprinted Sticker Order Part 1 Since you said you wanted JC to print you some EAO labels for some items coming from Aruba. You need to tell us how many you want. We have already bumped the quantity up 5% as you requested earlier

  18. Imprinted Sticker Order Part 2 As mentioned earlier you now have the option to enter the Mill Identifer field here. This field does not print on the label but does print on the packing list. Some mills use this to track inventory. This is optional.

  19. Imprinted EAO Order Confirmation Page Here is the confirmation page for the EAO labels. These labels will be printed at JC / JC Korea / Or Far East Ticket based on what you chose earlier. – These particular items would be printed at JC Manufacturing, Inc and shipped from North Carolina

  20. Imprinted EAO Order Confirmation Page Now that all of your orders have been completed you can either click “Return Home” to go back to the main JC webpage, or you can click on “Order More Tickets” Either of these options will enable you to order more items from JC

  21. Email from Nikedata@jcmfg.com Here is the email Roy received containing the data in excel format as requested. It contains information about the file and an excel sheet attached with the data you require to print your own labels

  22. Excel Sheet - USAO Here is the Excel sheet received containing all information need for your USAO Inline SMU labels. The next couple of slides will show you the formats for other label types you could order.

  23. Excel Sheet – EAO Here is an example of an EAO->Country of Origin (COO) UPC label Showing translations for Size, Gender, and Sport Activity. It also contains the COO code that is printed as an addendum barcode
