AGRICULTURE • Antodaya scheme - food grains for the poorest of poor - Rs.3,500 cr. subsidy. • Biotechnology for agriculture development - Rs.1,000 cr. • Reviving water bodies and Water harvesting schemes. • Revamping of one lakh irrigation units with fifty per cent subsidy from NABARD.
