Review: What is a Product? A product is anythingthat can be offered to a market for attention, acquisition, use or consumption that might satisfy a want or need.
Definition of ‘services’ “Services are intangible activities or benefits that an organization provides to consumers (such as airline trips, financial advice, or automobile repair) in exchange for money or something else of value” Kerin et al (2006, p. 316)
