  2. PARENTS • Rights • To rule children & expect return in old age – 1 Timothy 5:4 • Responsibilities • To provide for children – 1 Timothy 5:8 • Spiritual instruction – Ephesians 6:4 • To discipline – Proverbs 13:24; 19:18 • To love – Titus 2:3,4

  3. CHILDREN • Rights • Free room and board and have needs met • Responsibilities • Obey parents – Ephesians 6:1-3; Proverbs 13:1 • Provide for parents – 1 Timothy 5:8; Matthew 15:3-6

  4. HUSBANDS • Right • To rule over household – Ephesians 5:23,24; 1 Corinthians 11:3 • Have sexual needs satisfied – 1 Corinthians 7:3-5 • Responsibilities • Love wife -Ephesians 5:25,28,29 • To be understanding – 1 Peter 3:7

  5. WIVES • Right • To be provided for, loved, given honor and sexual needs- 1 Corinthians 7:3-5 • Responsibilities • To submit to husbands’ authority – Ephesians 5:22-24,33 • Love her husband and children – Titus 2:4,5 • Workers at home – Proverbs 31:16, 24

  6. ELDERS • Right • To be supported by the church – 1 Corinthians 9:6-11 • Responsibilities • To preach all of the word – 2Timothy 4:1,2,5; Acts 20:27 • To correct those who are opposed- 2 Timothy 2:14-26

  7. ALL CHRISTIANS • Right • To worship and eternal life – Revelation 22:14 • Fellowship in the church- Acts 2:42-46 • Responsibilities • To stimulate – Hebrews 10:23-25 • To obey God – Romans 6:16 • Edify each other – Ephesians 4:16 • Help the needy – James 1:27; Galatians 6:10; 2 Corinthians 8:13,15
