Single Barrel ProgramProgram Details • Single Barrels of our award-winning Baby Bourbon for sale! • 24 Physical Cases (6-750ml pack)/ 26G Barrel • Customers may choose to select their barrel at Tuthilltown or through mailed sample kits: Visit Tuthilltown: • Visit our website: http://www.hudsonsinglebarrel.com/for all information related to travel. You also have the option of using Seven Hills Global to book your travel directly through the site Mailed Sample Kits: • Enclosed with each sample kit will be thorough details on the barrels from which each sample was drawn, including age, mash bill, cask type and treatment as well as information for how we recommend you nose & taste the whiskey. We will provide nosing glasses and a dropper with neutral reverse-osmosis water. And finally, a wax sample card from which to choose custom-color wax for hand-dipping your bottles. Sample kits will be ready for shipment February 19th • Marketing support of $1,000 per barrel sold to be used for: • Travel to Tuthilltown, or • On premise launch events • Off premise sampling • Please work with brand to raise PO’s for this spend

Single Barrel ProgramProgram Details • Program Timing: • Bottling: • The single barrel bottles will feature a limited-edition packaging run with a custom label to signify the single barrel featureand a custom badge including the customer’s name. • In addition to the new label, customers can select a custom wax color of your choice (see right). • Sales Orders & Shipments: • Product will ship as a single pallet wrapped with customer name for ID, with display barrel included, as one delivery. Please place your orders as soon as you have selected your barrel on the website. • Pricing: • Pricing SRP: $49.99 FOB – line priced with standard BB in your market • Your customer’s selection will not be bottled without a PO/Order received by customer service. Distillery Visits • Customers that choose to come to Tuthilltown (which is preferred) will have a unique experience different than a typical tour and whiskey tasting • Hosted by our Hudson Ambassador, and founder Ralph Erenzo • Customers will have the choice to taste various barrels of our Baby Bourbon – ultimately selecting their favorite for bottling • Lunch at Tuthilltown restaurant with craft Hudson cocktails will be provided • Lunch, tour and tasting - covered by the brand team  • The following itineraries are not 'samples' but set itineraries for the available days to offer the optimal experience for our single barrel guests, while ensuring our ability to host simultaneous visits for more than one group. Come and visit our historic and beautiful 36-acre riverfront Hudson Valley property. Hear from our founder how he defied the odds to bring whiskey distilling back to New York after 80 years. Take a VIP tour of our pioneering craft distillery to see how every drop of Hudson Whiskey is made.   6. Allocation by Region Each region has signed off on these final allocations by state. If you do not have a barrel allocation and are interested in receiving one, please send your requests to your respective RMM’s. In the event that allocated barrels are unsold or new barrels become available, we will work with the Regions to re-allocate.
