Mobile Food Facilities (MFF) • San Mateo County has a total of 255 permitted Mobile Food Facilities and approximately 170 are Mobile Food Preparation Units. • MFF are required to clean and service vehicles in commissary. • MFF are also required to dispose their waste water in a sanitary manner. • Waste water tanks on vehicles may be up to 45 gallons.
