Aberdeen Technical Exchange Series November Luncheon Hosted by: The International Test & Evaluation Association, Francis Scott Key Chapter Featuring Special Guest Speaker: Mr. Marty Arnwine JMETC Deputy for Operations, Planning, and Support Test Resource Management Center (TRMC) Lowering Technical Risk by Improving Distributed Test Capabilities Marty Arnwine currently serves as the Joint Mission Environment Test Capability (JMETC) Deputy for Operations, Planning, and Support within the Test Resource Management Center (TRMC), Arlington, VA. He is a former Program Manager and Senior Analyst with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC). As SAIC Program Manager, he managed contract support to multiple organizations resident at APG; including, Developmental Test Command, Aberdeen Test Center, Army Evaluation Center – North, and the Army Research Laboratory. Mr. Arnwine is a retired Army Signal Officer, with more than 20 years of experience in the planning, engineering, command and control (C2), and logistics management of Army/Joint C3 systems from the tactical to strategic level. He received his commission from ROTC in 1975 upon graduation from the University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ. Mr. Arnwine is also a former Mathematics instructor at the U. S. Military Academy, West Point, New York (1984-1987), and holds a Masters Degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona (1984).
