  10. GC Workstation Software Overview MON20/20 The File menu contains the GC Directory, and the program and port default settings. The GC Directory contains the directory of the individual analyzers to connect to.

  13. GC Workstation Software Overview MON20/20 The Chromatograph menu contains the Connect and Disconnect functions as well as the Chromatograph Viewer and the View/Set GC Time function. The Connect and Disconnect Functions allow a user to establish/end communication with a remote GC. The Chromatograph Viewer opens a separate window that allows the user to perform detailed diagnostics based on live or archived chromatograms.

  19. GC Workstation Software Overview MON20/20 - Hardware The Hardware menu contains the configuration settings and operation status of the Gas Chromatograph’s installed hardware. The settings and status of Heaters, Valves, Detectors and IOs can be viewed quickly for diagnostic evaluation and/or modification.

  21. GC Workstation Software Overview MON20/20 - Application Settings The application menu contains the configuration application settings for that individual Gas Chromatograph application. The Component Data table contains the Calibration Gas Concentration. The Timed Events table contains the valve switching times and integration event times for the individual Gas Chromatograph.

  22. GC Workstation Software Overview MON20/20 - Log/Reports The Logs/Reports menu is where the Analysis, Calibration and other reports as well as the Alarm, Event and Maintenance Logs can be collected from the GC.

Halt, Stop Now, Auto Sequence, Single Stream, etc. Normally the GC will be in “Auto Sequence” mode, however this menu allows for manually analyzing selecting streams and manual calibration

  26. GC Workstation Software Overview MON20/20 - Tools The Tools Menu is where the end user can configure the software, including establishing user privileges. Modbus testing and analysis of the communication status can also be performed in this menu.
