Improve Current Relationship Gain Commitment from Society for the following: Early assignments of referees (at least 2 weeks before scheduled matches) Quality referees (only RC approved referees will be assigned) sufficient to cover all matches Mentors and coaches (negotiate frequency) Negotiated and fair fees
