  2. What is SharePoint Printing Feature? Easily create documents from lists, merge and print any requested items in SharePoint!

  3. Why did we build it? • Companies work with data records (Lists) that require publishing in form of documents.Examples: • Sales proposals • Purchase orders • Work orders • Companies need the ability to print records/documents

  4. How does this work?

  5. Merge and print a list of items PDF

  6. Select the items that you wish to print

  7. Click “Print”

  8. Choose what you wish to print

  9. Selected items are merged into a PDF file(you can save/print etc.)

  10. Convert Records to documents PDF

  11. I would like to convert this change request to a document Clicking “Print” in the item’s View form…

  13. Merge documents PDF

  14. Select the documents you wish to merge

  15. And click “Print”

  16. Choose what you want to print

  17. A PDF merged file is created
