  4. Aims and Goals 1 • To sustain an open, civic and democratic society • To strengthen institutional capacities of NGDOs and develop their cooperation with aid recipient countries • To actively participate in the implementation of development cooperation policy of Lithuania

  5. Aims and Goals 2 • Unite Lithuanian NGDOs and participate in international networks • Initiate and coordinate representation of NGDOs • Encourage exchange of experience and information • Cooperate with state institutions • Promote development education and awareness raising
