What We’ll Be Talking About Customer Hub is a powerful content management system that is fully integrated with Infusionsoft.  In this class you’ll learn how to leverage the power of Customer Hub in your business.  We will be discussing: • Permissions • Basic Setup • Partials (conditional content within your pages) • Styling • Order / Subscription management

  3. What is it? • A way to display or protect dynamic content based on tags and subscriptions inside Infusionsoft • Integrate Facebook features • Comments • Activity Feed • Live Stream • Billing management

  4. Dynamic Content • Membership Site • Paid or free (from opt in) access to protected content • Customer Portal • Access to customer resources based on purchases • Invoice and billing management • Dynamic upsells

Types of Content • Pages • Complete pages that can be linked to in the top level navigation • Partials • A snippet of reusable content that can be merged into multiple Pages • Pages and Partials Can Contain • Images - .jpg, .gif, and .png • Video - Plus version includes an all-in-one video hosting, streaming, and delivery service that allows you to store videos • Audio - (.wav, .mp3) • Member files – protect files based on permission settings

  6. Customization & Styling • Choose a custom domain • Choose from 3 different themes • Customize colors • Customize order of navigation menu • Add your custom logo • Add company info

  7. Basic Setup • Customer Hub uses the API • A way for other systems to talk with Infusionsoft • API Setup • Main Nav -> Admin Settings -> Application

  8. Manage Subscriptions & Billing Let your customers: • Add / Update Credit Cards • Payoff invoices • View subscriptions • Download invoices • Edit Profile

  9. Permissions • Based on Tags • Can be added anytime the contact does something that Infusionsoft can track • Webforms, Link Click, Landing Pages, Purchases, etc • Based on active Subscription • Purchased through 1 of the 5 ways • Must be active

Adding New Users • Create an Action Set • Send an HTTP Post to another server https://yoursite.customerhub.net/web_services/add_user • Apply a tag • Apply a “Customer hub member” tag • Send an email • Include login details – Login Link, Username and Password • Username is their email address • Password is dynamically generated
