Program Development and Frequencies • Program Development • 52 week annual cycle • All infrastructure listed • All non processing equipment listed • Updated/modified as needed • Annual review • Frequencies • Weekly: Complete during the 7 day week • Monthly: Complete within plus/minus 5 days of due date • Quarterly: Complete within plus/minus 8 days of due date • Bi-Annual/Semi-Annual:Complete within plus/minus 15 days of due date • Annual: Complete within plus/minus 30 days of due date

Monthly Calculating and Reporting Calculation Formula: • Calculated by dividing the total number of completed tasks by the total number of tasks scheduled during a specific calendar time frame. • Example: • 100 PIC tasks due • 97 PIC tasks completed • 97 / 100 = 97% complete
