  6. Safety Examples Food • Undeclared allergen, e.g. nuts in a product which doesn’t have a nut allergy warning • Microbiological Issues, e.g. Salmonella in a product • Foreign Body related issues in product.

  7. Quality Examples Food • Poor appearance e.g. mould in a batch of cauliflowers • Poor taste and smell e.g. supplier applies wrong baste mix to frozen turkeys • Outside spec e.g. fat content in mince higher than spec
