  3. Objective of Meeting • To provide status on the MO Franchise Announcements • To present the voting and membership form logistics • To prepare for the next milestone, the Global Agenda call Feb. 15th

  4. MO Franchise Announcements • The GSMP Process Managers have: • Drafted the Bulletin Board announcement to the community • Notified the BRGs and the Work Groups of the pilot and their roles in the pilot • Prepared welcome letters for MO Franchise Staff and Members

  5. Voting and Membership Forms • 2 Key Aspects of the Pilot are: • For MO Liaison Staff to sign up MO Franchise Members • An on-line form is provided • An automatic report will be generated and posted for the Liaisons to view progress • Timeline • Voting • An on-line form will be provided for voting on the Global Agenda • Timeline

Next Milestone: Feb. 15th • Launch of the Pilot • Launch Kit available in eroom • First Global Agenda Call between GSMP Process Managers and MO Liaison Staff • First Global Agenda will be used • Prerequisites: • MO Franchise Users should be signed in • MO Liaison Staff should be identified and contact information provided to GSMP Staff

  7. Timelines • There will be 2 /3 Global Agenda Calls

Next Steps • MO Franchise Users signed in • Forms deposited • Voting access prepared • MO Liaison Staff identified • contact information provided • Global Agenda • Participate in call • Set up calls / meetings with members to review • Ensure members are voting • Present resolutions to Global groups • Report resolutions to MO Franchise Liaisons
