  6. Financial Overview as of 9/30/2007 • DPO fully expects that we may see the variance rise as we continue throughout 2007 and get better accuracy with projects gating from Initiation to Planning and from Planning to Execution

  7. Budget Variance Allocation Below is the updated view of under spend categories. These categories will be monitored throughout the year to assess potential reallocations. MO/RO Budget Variance 2007; $ thousand CART, COPS, and RMS have all reviewed the MO-RO portfolio and acknowledged the release of $1.3M from the overall portfolio budget variance of approx. $2.5M. Note: Previously $2.9 however newly approved projects reduced to $2.5 $207 $650 $1617 MO Total = $85 MO Total = $279 MO Released Approx. $200k MO Total = $347 No Concerns Should be monitored Should not Release
