  2. La ruta para ingresar al programa mediante el cual se creara el archivo .tif de acuerdo a las especificaciones señaladas en la Carta Circular 002 de 2006 es la siguiente: Inicio

  3. La ruta para ingresar al programa mediante el cual se creara el archivo .tif de acuerdo a las especificaciones señaladas en la Carta Circular 002 de 2006 es la siguiente:

  4. Todos los Programas Microsoft Office Herramientas de Microsoft Office Microsoft Office Document Imaging

  5. Microsoft Office Document Imaging será el programa que utilizaremos para la elaboración del archivo .tif Digitalizar Documento Nuevo

  6. Opciones de conf. preestablecida Editar la configuración preestablecida seleccionada

  7. Avanzadas

  8. Resolución Formato .tif Optimizar la Compresión Aceptar

  9. Si su scanner es de cama plana, aparecerá un dialogo que solicita, cancelar, listo o continuar con la siguiente pagina, al finalizar la digitalización del documento se debe oprimir la opción listo.

  10. Si seguimos las instrucciones antes señaladas, las características del archivo .tif serian las siguientes: 1 hoja <100 Kb 10 hojas < 1 Mb 20 hojas < 2 Mb 100 hojas < 10 Mb Y así sucesivamente…
