  3. Solution: • Database stores info for every customer • Every customer transaction is tracked • Employee purchases are closely monitored • A record of product reviews are stored

  4. Future Plans: • Marketing becomes more individualized • Greater knowledge of our frequent customers • Allows for product quality improvement

  5. Backup Strategy: • Backups of the data is recorded everyday • Data will be stored in our own system & the cloud
