  6. What is decision-making? • Decision-making is the ability to establish an appropriate course of action in solving problems, getting involved or taking part in a specific matter or personal task. Decision-making means - the process of deciding about something important, especially in a group of people or in an organisation. You need a systematic approach to decision making so that, no matter what type of decision you have to make, you can take it with confidence. INTUITION Although people talk about it as if it was a magical ‘sense’, intuition is actually a combination of past experience and your personal values. Intuition is a perfectly acceptable means of making a simple but effective entrepreneurial decision.
