Athena. By Courtney Riddle. Athena. Athena came out of Zues’s head fu l l in armor. Her fahter was Zues and her mother was Metis Metis was the god of Wisdom. She was Zues’s favorte child. When Athena was born she became god of wisdom. Symbol was owl and her tree was the olivetree .

  3. Athens • The city of Athens was named after her. • Her gift was the Acropolis and the Parthatnon. • She compteded with Posiden for the city state.

  4. Arache • Her and Archne competed to see who was better at the tapestries. • It was obvious Arachne was better and won the contest. • Since Arachne compared her to the gods and goddess Athena turned Arachne inot a spider.
