Program Overview/Methodology: • Survey questions provided in person to the pharmacist • 3 Closed-end questions permitted per survey cycle • Minimum sample size of 250 pharmacists • Covers all major pharmacy banners • Approximately 78% Drug, 12% Mass and 10% Food with Pharmacy • It is possible to increase the sample size for regional, channel or specific banner/chain insight at an additional cost to meet your specific needs. Larger studies will have the opportunity for web based access as well. • Results within 3-4 weeks of approval to the questions and start of the survey • For program costs for 3 closed ended questions with a minimum 250 pharmacists, please contact TMG.
Program Overview/Methodology: • Regions covered: • Within the minimum 250 pharmacist surveyed, results will be broken down by the four regions, drug channel and SDM. The four regions are: • West (B.C., Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan) • Ontario • Quebec • Atlantic* (Nova Scotia, P.E.I., New Brunswick) • Major Chains/Banners Covered* • Shoppers Drug Mart, Rexall/Pharma Plus, London Drugs, PJC, Pharmasave • Wal-Mart, Zellers • Loblaws *Data breaks require a samples size of 30 as minimum to report
Sample questions: • How often do Customers ask your recommendation or have questions in the nasal spray category? Frequently, Sometimes, Infrequently, Never • What Brand of cough syrup do you tend to recommend most often? Pick one. • Do feel you are getting product support on Brand X? Yes or No. • What new product in the analgesics category do you feel most comfortable recommending? Pick one. • How likely are you to recommend Brand X to your Customers? Frequently, Sometimes, Infrequently, Never
