Just a reminder • Final exam period: • Thursday, May 24th • 10:15am - 12:15pm • ICL6 • Final demonstration • Invited guests • Other VT faculty (Marla Schweppe, Walter Wolf, Tina Chapman) • CASCI admin (Guy Johnson, Gurcharan Khanna) • U of Utah (Jimmy Miklavcic) • Feel free to invite family/friends

  3. Final demo • Scripted demo • Will send copy of script this evening • Will be recorded • Participants and screen shots • Anyone have objections? • Anyone have an extra camera? • Anyone want to be camera person? • Timeline • 10:15 - 11:15 setup • 11:30 - 12:15 demo • Perhaps even lunch!

  4. Requirements -- Audience • Initial FOV to cover stage • Indication of controls • L, R, Zoom, clap, boo • Rose colored glasses? • Can we have 20 audience members?

  5. Requirements -- Puppet • Spiffier models? • Theatre façade • curtain? • Seats? • People?

  6. Requirements -- Staging • Cues: • Preset -- dim light on stage • BLACKOUT • Full Stage Lit • Stage Dim / spot on couch • Sound cue to match moCap actor + puppet

  7. Requirements -- Audio • Streaming audio • From keyboard • From Microphone • Set up speakers in ICL6 • Assist in getting sound fx for staging • Chat?

  8. Requirements -- moCap • Smooth motion • Translational motion? • HMD (team audience?)

  9. One last thing… • Team documentation • Due on Thursday as well • HARD DEADLINE! • Peer/Leader eval • Will be on mycourses by week’s end • Course evaluations • Thursday • Mycourses as well. • Next Fall’s VT class will be reading these.
