  8. Negative Impacts • Cultural differences provide challenges with interaction in a team. That is multicultural interaction requires more effort than in a monocultural environment. • Assumptions can be more harmful.

  9. Benefits of diversity in • Racial diversity interacted with business strategy to determine organisational performance • Decision-making • Innovation • Human resources
