District Qualification • District leadership signs and implements the District Memorandum of Understanding • Create and submit banking account information • Select District’s annual financial assessment method • Qualify the clubs • Establish document retention plan • Comply with all reporting requirements • Be current on RI Dues • Matching/Global Grant late reports must be less than 30% of total open grants Future Vision Update
Club Qualification • Clubs must be qualified to participate in a Global Grant (District Grant - recommended) • Club Qualification Requirements • A minimum of one club member attends Grants Management Seminar (recommend two) • Club President-elect, Foundation Chair, International Service Chair, Community Service Chair, others • Club President & President-elect sign the Memo of Understanding • Club must be current on RI and District Dues • No late reports on Matching or Global Grants Future Vision Update
