  2. Background James bowie was born on april 10,1796 at Logan County Kentucky. People cald hem Jim Bowie or sometimes James Bowie. They didn’t have school in his days so his education was that he survived, farmed, fished, plantation, read, write, speak Spanish, and French. In 1782 he married a young woman who nursed him back to heath, and in 1831 he married Ursula. Which is the daughter of the vice governor province.

  3. Career His job before the revolution was to cultivate friendships with Indians in his search for elusive silver and gold in Texas. His job during the revolution was that he was a leading participant at the battle of conception and grass fight near San Antonio.comander of volunteer force San Antonio. James bowie and William Travis shared authority during siege of the Alamo. His job after the revolution he was a Texas ranger in 1835-1836.

  4. Time at the Alamo James bowie was a large landowner. He also was a political leader against the military dictatorship. February 23- March 6 are the following days of the Alamo in the year of 1836. which was 13 days.
