Receive application form through the e-mail in a certain period! 2013.09.27 11am~10.04 11am contact to winners individually (e-mail, textmessage) 2013.10.04 12:30pm~6pm Deposit money in a certain period! 2013.10.04~10.07 5pm Deposit confirmation Receiving e-mail, and text message! 2013.10.08 10am~6pm Complete! ※ Only receiving through the e-mail. ※ Attendees will be accepted by order of e-mail arrival not sending e-mail order. ※ Application period is from September 27th (Friday) 11 A.M to October 4th (Friday) 11 A.M. ※ 2013 HS CAMP will be progress as 4 persons per room. ※ One application form can be covered for maximum four applicants. (Representative–1 Companion–3) ※ Each applicants accept application only once. Previous application will become invalid when submitting a duplicate application. ※ Applicants will be excluded from the list with following these conditions; (1. submitting application form after the certain period, 2. submitting duplicated application, 3. submitting form with error) ※ We don’t take any inquiries about e-mail acknowledgement. ※ Depending on the situation, any room can be assigned. ※ For, traveler insurance, please attach the scanned file or photocopy of Personal Identification card when submitting application form. (picture of personal identification card is also acceptable.) ※ If applicant is under age, ‘Guardian Agreement’ is needed. ※Please check all details in participant recruitment page and submit application form.
