  5. Transition to e-Portfolio • Initial portfolio was paper based • Electronic in PDF format • Brief trial of TaskStream platform • In 2015, moved to Digication e-portfolio platform

  6. Digication • E-Portfolio software platform • Enables users to create and share their work and thoughts • Very Flexible: • Privacy/ sharing settings • Templates available • Ability to create course groups https://northeastern.digication.com

Assessment • SOP developed an Audit Process • Options to access portfolios either direct through Digication: • Access current portfolio • Access submitted “point in time” portfolio • Or via Blinded Assessment link: • Request from Digication • Enroll graders into the Assessment page • Rubrics and reporting function available

  9. Use of Blackboard to Manage Cohorts • Create course by cohort • Add / bulk add users • “Submit your Portfolio” link that launches Digication • Permanent links to Advisor match list and Assignment
