What Is Roasted Chicken? • Add heat till cooked to safe temperature • Ways to roast meat and poultry: • Over an open fire • In an oven
My Favorite Method: Wine-Butt Chicken • Fill a can halfway with flavorful liquid • Season the chicken under and over the skin • Grill for 1-1.5 hours, till thigh meat measures 160°F
