Work planning • Preparation of the area: dismantling of beam line equipment (BT, BTY, BTM) → 15/07/13 – 02/08/13 • Disposal operations of existing dump and its shielding: dismantling and storage in ISR → 05/08/13 – 29/08/13 • Cleaning and decontamination of cavity → 30/08/13 – 19/09/13 • Installation of new beam dump and its shielding → 30/09/13 – 08/10/13 • Re-assembly of BTM beam line equipment → 21/10/13 – 01/11/13 • Installation of BTY-QFO108 new support → 26/11/13

  3. Tasks to be done • Re-assembly BTY line elements: • Adjustments in BTY-QFO108 new support: drilling holes, attach black plate (magnet support): 04/12/13 • Installation BTY magnets (BTY-QFO108 and BTY-QDE104) and stopper: 04/12/13 – 05/12/13 • Installation vacuum pipes in BTY line • Survey BTY line • Painting floor and walls

  4. Tasks to be done • Re-assembly BTY line elements: • Installation cooling system: foreseen for 02/12/13 – 13/12/13, delayed until January, no confirmed date yet. • Re-assembly stairs: a modification is also needed, no design provided yet. • Re-assembly cable rack • Re-assembly cupboard
