Konferanse om arbeidsledighet blant ungdom Youth employment: accompanying the leap from school to work • Education and school drop-out: how can regions help young people who have left school too early and struggle to find a job? Nordland’s experience: Project 300 presented by Ms Trud Berg, County Executive for Education. • Work experience: How to set up successful apprenticeship policies? – Ms Rita Lekang, Confederal Secretary, Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO). • Taking advantage of the European labour market: how can young people find a job in the European labour market adapted to their skills? How can regions find workers with the right skills for their local need? Mr Hallgeir Jenssen, NAV EURES (European job mobility portal). • Employment for all: challenges to enter the job market for severely disabled young people – the successful policies of the Institut für Sozialdienste in the region of Vorarlberg (Austria) presented by Ms Elisabeth Tschann
