Voting Procedures • Article III, Section 3.02 Classes of Membership • “…Members shall be entitled to one (1) vote for each Lot in which they hold the interest required for membership.” • “When more than one person holds such interest or interests in any Lot…no event shall more than one (1) vote be cast with respect to any such Lot.” • Article III, Section 3.01 Membership • “The Board of Directors may temporarily suspend the voting rights of any Member who is not in good standing until such unpaid amounts are paid in full.”

Late Fees and Property Liens • Article V, Section 5.01 Creation of the Lien and Personal Obligation of Assessments • “…no Owner may exempt himself from liability for such Assessments or waive or otherwise escape liability for the Assessments by non-use of the Common Properties or abandonment of his Lot.”

Late Fees and Property Liens • Article V, Section 5.09 Non-Payment of Assessment • “(a) Delinquency …18% per annum…late charge in the amount of $20.00…The amounts of late charges and services charges may be adjusted, from time to time, by the Board..” • “(b) Lien …The Board shall have the power to subordinate the lien securing the payment of any Assessment rendered by the Association to any other lien. …the personal obligation of the Owner incurred at the time of such Assessment to pay such Assessment shall remain the personal obligation of such Owner…” • Current late fee charge is a one time $25 fee

  21. Allen Arbor Day Arbor Day will be observed at Story Park on Saturday, March 6, 2010.  This is a totally free event!  Even the trees for planting are free!  For more information on Arbor Day or to reserve a tree to plant that day, contact City Forester Denise Moore at 214.509.4833.
