  8. Seniors Housing Kamloops • 76 Independent Living BC units • Municipality has “Affordable Housing Policies” • $160,588 contribution through a grant-in-lieu of DCCs • Provided property acquisition incentives

  9. Seniors Housing Vernon • 38 Independent Living BC units • Municipal by-laws state exemption from property taxes • DCC reduction
