  3. Information Attitude • So, how do we obtain this organizational and individual information culture? Here are the 13 basic Information Attitude guidelines: • 1. Keep a single version of the truth • 2. At least, keep multiple versions consistent • 3. If you cannot maintain it, don’t build/publish it • 4. Give users control over their data • 5. Think about the receiver • 6. Separate the know from the show • 7. Separate the know from the flow • 8. Capture once and at the source • 9. Maintain data quality • 10. Integrate • 11. Work smarter, not harder • 12. Manage documents and data • 13. Keep it simple, stupid
