OPERATING RESPONSIBLY Serving Our Customers Mortgages and Homebuyer Assistance Programs Questions: Does the Serving our Customers content belong here… or on Chase.com? Is the Mortgages content going away? Our Businesses? [under Company] Community Development [under Corporate Responsibility]

  14. Recommended final organization Corporate Responsibility Helping Small Business Public Sector Financing Workforce Development Community Development Impact Investing Supporting Servicemembers Advancing Education Environmental Action

  15. Current JPMC initiatives fit into this new CR organization Corporate Responsibility Helping Small Business Public Sector Financing Workforce Development Community Development • Chase Community Giving Impact Investing • Global Cities Initiative • Social Finance Supporting Servicemembers • ChaseMilitary.com Advancing Education Environmental Action Initiatives that could be classified within various navigational classes: • Technology for Social Good • Global Philanthropy

  16. Recommended final organization: Questions Corporate Responsibility Helping Small Business Public Sector Financing Workforce Development Community Development Impact Investing Supporting Servicemembers Advancing Education Environmental Action Questions: JPMC indicated that there would be no Education content going forward, but there is a great deal in the CSR report… will this content be discontinued? Would you like an Environment bucket to showcase sustainable operations content as well as any other future efforts?

  17. We explored other category options and the helping theme, but the proposed recommendation makes the most sense.

  18. Let’s make sure we’re aligned on what is meant by a “Policy Page.”

  19. Policy Pages from CR Report OPERATING RESPONSIBLY Serving Our Customers Mortgages and Homebuyer Assistance Programs Applying Our Principles to Help Struggling Homeowners Sustainability in Our Business Environmental and Social Risk Management Policy and Process The Equator Principles The Carbon Principles Raising the Bar for Hydraulic Fracturing Financing Sustainable Solutions Sustainable Operations Key Environmental Impacts Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Energy Consumption Greening Our Buildings Sustainable Paper Use Information Technology Governance, Ethics and Risk Management Upholding Strong Corporate Governance Standards Public Policy Engagement Trade Associations Political Contributions Compliance and Oversight Supporting Our People Supporting Employees in the Workplace Fostering and Supporting Diversity Expanding Our Diversity Programs in Asia Supporting a Diverse Supplier Network

  20. It makes sense to house some mid-level content in new “Issue Pages.” These are pages that discuss aspects of an issue at a higher level than a specific project or initiative.

  21. Example: Issue Pages in Helping Small Business Section HELPING SMALL BUSINESSES GROW Issue Pages Finding Solutions That Work for all Our Customers Providing Tools for Small Business Owners Growing Small Businesses through Social Media Story Pages Precision Demolition in Dallas, Texas Green Toys in San Francisco, California Accelerating Small Business Growth In South Africa
