  2. Approving a Transaction • Select Transactions > Approve • Transaction List screen will appear • On the Transaction List screen, click the transaction you want to approve

  3. Approving a Transaction • Transaction Detail screen will appear • Review the transaction and make any needed changes (e.g. Index and Account allocation, Item Description, Business Purpose, and/or Transaction Notes) • Select the Approved checkbox to signoff on the transaction

  4. Approving a Transaction • If additional levels of approval are required, such as Grants Accounting, select the next approver • Click Save (Transaction is marked as Approved)
