Accessing Scholarly Resources Electronically • Use a research database! They contain articles originally published in magazines, journals, and newspapers, as well as entries from almanacs, reference books, and more. • More scholarly and trustworthy than the Internet (websites) • Go to the library website, www.hgtc.edu/library and click Find Articles • Once the research databases page loads, scroll down and click on the underlined name to one of the resources that covers controversial/social issues
