  14. The number of abandoned children has been increasing dramatically in Baja California. All the orphanages in the state are filled to capacity. Infant Crisis in Baja California, Mexico

  15. Families are adopting them! • According to Baja government agencies, the number of Mexican families adopting these orphaned and abandoned children has been steadily increasing to the point that there are two families available to adopt each infant.

  16. Many children are not ever adopted and grow up in the orphanages. We support orphanages that run like families.
