SWIS Overview • Globally located subsea well incident equipment and expertise created for industry by industry • Response ready dispersant, capping and containment equipment in strategic locations worldwide enabling members to develop global subsea incident contingency plans • Integrated Intervention System (dispersant, capping and containment) provides member with the opportunity to access a full subsea intervention capability as well as the Tier 3 response OSRL membership provides

SWIS Capping • 4 capping stack systems stored ready to respond. Ensures availability and against redundancy. • Designed with containment in mind • Closely aligned with industry standards • Common core structure between 10k and 15k cap providing additional flexibility in the event of an incident • Variety of configurations, cap can work in and with a variety of different set ups and external interfaces • Subscription includes access to two response ready Subsea Incident Response Toolkits
SWIS Containment • Complements capping - access to critical equipment if well integrity issues require a more complex solution. • Comprises long lead equipment not readily available and usable with range of MODUs , minimises response times • Includes containment guidelines, enables members to define well specific response plans • Up to 3 systems available, provides insurance against redundancy and additional capacity
SWIS Global Dispersant Stockpile (GDS) • The only global stockpile • Total of 5000m³ dispersant, spread across different regions for quick access • A cost effective solution to procure bulk amounts needed for use with the subsea incident response toolkit and aerial spraying services • Ensures availability of sufficient stock • Includes most widely accepted dispersants • Strategically located • International response, quick mobilisation, minimises response times • OSRL administer on behalf of industry • Stockpile can be utilised for any type of incident (subsea, marine surface etc)
