  2. Leslie McHugh is an experienced Phlebotomist skilled in performing arterial puncture, venipuncture, and many other fluid collection procedures. She keeps the patients informed about everything they need to know before as well as after the collection of serum/specimen. She always ensures that all the instruments are fully sterile and ready to use for collecting blood samples.

  3. Leslie uses a variety of supplies such as bandages, collection devices for drawing blood, Gauze, and tubing. She also maintains patient confidentiality, document results, and keeps necessary records. After collection of blood samples from the patients, she disposes or thoroughly cleanses the equipment.

  4. Leslie McHugh follows strict precautionary measures to limit the risk of contact with infectious blood, bodily fluids, and other tissues. She carefully studies all the hazardous substances she works with. She labels and keeps records to ensure that the tests are performed on the right blood specimens.
