  3. IT21 Content Management Service rollout There are over thirty Schools and units using the CMS. We are working with thirty-three further sites. We will continue to work with schools and units to promote the use of the CMS. Interviewing those who have moved to assess benefits. Possible Sitemanager upgrade during early Summer.

  4. IT22 Search - next phase Further develop search collections (target search)e.g. Programme & module content, myucd.ie. Continued roll-out of local site searches through CMS. Develop key match searches – can return a set of recommended links. Custom results displays e.g. image display in results for specific promotions.

  5. IT23 Improved Connect channels Review of all tabs and channels. Survey of requirements Students: Staff: Timetables Easier access to files Printer credit top-up Longer timeout Events Better calendar

  6. IT23 Improved Connect channels IT Services tab under review. Administrative services tab review. Software for U channel to be launched. Todays events channel to be launched. One of five institutions on LPV Focus Group.
