How are we going about it? Principles: • to support Pre-School Inspectors by providing useful and effective tools that respect their professional judgement; • to enable the inspection process to become more transparent and informative to the public; • to enhance the quality of the pre-school service to facilitate parents to make informed judgements about their children’s care; • to ensure children have access to the highest quality pre-school service available.
