WE ARE FOR A GREENER SCHOOL. IES PEDRO CERRADA 4TH E MARCH 2011. WE HAVE GROWN NEW GRASS IN OUR SCHOOL. WE HAVE PINES WHICH ARE EVER GREEN IN WINTER. THERE ARE DIFFERENT KINDS OF PINE TREES. IVY RUNS UP THE WALL FREELY. THE GRAPEVINE LOOKS DEAD IN WINTER BUT THEN IT WILL GET GREEN.

THE PLANT ON THE RIGHT IS A ‘FICUS’ VERY POPULAR IN SPANISH HOUSES
CAN YOU RECOGNISE THIS ONE??IT WAS CUT OFF BUT THEN IT GETS ENORMOUS WITH NICE CANES.
THIS IS AN EVERGREEN PLANT ALONG THE YEAR WITH A LOVELY GREEN COLOUR
TO GET A GREENER SCHOOL SOME PUPILS AND SOME TEACHERS HAVE DECIDED TO BRING THEIR OWN PLANTS INSIDE THE CLASSROOMS
